Cooking Ratios: table and charts (from A Tuscan foodie in America)


I found some very interesting and useful tables and info graphics regarding basic ratio (in weight) for common doughs and batters provided by  A Tuscan foodie in America: Cooking Ratios: table and charts so I thought I should maybe share them with you. You can find the high resolution images of the blog mentioned above.

As for me, I’m gonna print these and hang them in my kitchen for quick reference, because you don’t really need fixed recipes for some common goodies, you can improvise, variate, add flavorings, if you just remember to keep the basic ratios.
